As a life-long motorsports enthusiast, owner and president, Mike Tyler understands the deeply-rooted and often indelible passion that many people have for auto racing. That's why we've worked hard to establish RaceCraft Collectibles as more than a hobby or toy store. Our philosophy is closer to that of a historic or classic automotive dealership than a hobby store. We understand the perspective of the serious motorsports collector, which begins and ends with the understanding that the products that you intend to purchase will be important mementos of your favorite cars, your favorite drivers and your favorite teams. And just as these items often commemorate important historical moments in motorsports history they may also represent important and memorable moments in your life.
In order to satisfy the discriminating tastes of our customers we work extra hard to seek out, acquire and provide a select range of high-quality products. Shipping
Shipping and handling fees may vary depending on the destination. Customer orders requiring additional shipping and handling fees will be quoted to the customer via email for approval prior to the fulfillment of the order.

Returns Policy
You may return most new and unopened items sold and fulfilled by RaceCraft Collectibles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error, i.e., you've received an incorrect or defective item, etc., we'll also pay the return shipping costs. All returns must include a printed copy of the sales receipt.
You should expect to receive a refund to your credit card within six to eight weeks of once we've taken delivery of your returned package, however, in some cases you may receive your refund sooner. The factors for determining this time period includes; the transit time for RaceCraft Collectibles to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 15 business days). Once we've received and processed the returned item you will be notified via e-mail of your pending refund.
Items that have been opened or returned more than 30 days, but less than 60 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. All sales are final after 60 days. Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Items that are returned more than 30 days, but less than 60 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any opened items. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Any DVD that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received. - This includes all certificates and documentation.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our sales department. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you can return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item as per our Returns Policy. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing your new order. Please note that it takes us 5 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive.
If you return only one item of a multi-item shipment, as a result of our error, i.e., you've received an incorrect or defective item, etc.; you will be reimbursed only for the shipping fee of the one returned item and not the multi-item shipping fee.
Items that do not meet our return guidelines or may only be eligible for partial refunds:
- Any item delivered more than 60 days for the current date: All sales are final after 60 days.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, including all certificates and other assorted manufacturers documentation, for reasons not due to our error, may not be returned.
- Any unopened item or unopened media-item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days, but less than 60 days after delivery: 75% of item's price.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
- Any DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
RaceCraft Collectibles will only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by RaceCraft Collectibles.
